You aren’t just seeing the countryside, you are feeling, smelling, and tasting it. The Quantock Hills, Somerset a beautiful spot in the Westcountry for your family camping trip.
Think of a place without phones, without interruptions. Imagine the relaxing, crackling sounds of a fire, the soothing, quiet chattering of the birds. At Lydeard Farm you are surrounded by the open landscape and seas of rolling green fields. This is the best nature has to offer.
Best of all you will be the only guests here and enjoy the use of the social bush camp facilities.
Included in our family group camping takeover weekend;
Grass non electric tent pitch - choose your own spot on 'Wembley' our large flatfish sports pitch within a huge field.
Arrival time from 12 noon. Departure by 6pm.
Use of the bush camp indoor dining space with fully equipped self catering kitchen, indoor seating, cosy indoor log burner.
Large outdoor BBQ area and camp fire
Starter kit of logs and coal provided.
Unisex lockable hot showers.
Eco toilets.
Space to roam, wander and explore nature.
Indoor skittles, jenga, rounders kit available for small deposit.
Activities can be booked and added for an extra cost such as archery and air guns with qualified 3rd party instructor. You can even walk from the farm to a local high ropes activity centre.

Extra campers £12.50 per night. Maximum number of guests 30 maximum, maximum 15 tents. Strictly tents only.
Selected dates only. First camping weekend available 2-4 May.
Sorry no dogs unless by special arrangement.
Full payment by one person (group organiser) required in advance.
