Lodge Prices

​We require a minimum booking of 8 guests using one lodge to stay and have exclusive use with us at Lydeard Farm Bush Camp & Lodges. 

 

There is a requirement of a minimum 2 night stay however we do offer a school residential option for 1 night. In some cases we are able to offer the 3rd night on a weekend break at a discounted rate. Please ask. 

 

The larger the group the better pricing policy applies. We will do a bespoke quote for each booking however as a guide the following is a guide to our pricing. 

 

Our prices are based on all beds being used within within a lodge. So for example if you are 14 guests you would stay in one lodge, Dunster lodge that sleeps 14. If you are 8 guests then you will stay in Adscombe lodge. See below for extra options. 

 

Please note VAT is not added to our prices. 

 

• 8-15 guests £40 per person per night. 

• 16-29 guests. £34 per person per night. 

• 30 -40 guests. £30 per person per night. 

• 41 -56 guests. £28 per night. 

 

If you wish to have more space and use more lodges above your allocated lodges for your numbers then the fee for an extra lodge per night applies of and extra £250 per night. If you wish to swap from one lodge to a larger lodge to be able to spread out ie to choose a lodge with an extra bedroom the cost would be an additional £80 per night.

Camping Prices (when wanted in addition or in combination with lodges only)

​Non electric grass pitches for tents or motorhomes with separate unisex showers and toilets. £25 per tent per night.

Camping Prices - Exclusive Use of the bush camp

• £250 per night for minimum 20 guests. Perfect for a group of families! 

• Works out £12.50 per head per night. 

• Includes use of the indoor bush camp shelter dining facilities and fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ space and camp fire. 

• Starter kit of logs and coal provided. 

• Unisex lockable hot showers. 

• Eco toilets

• Minimum two nights.  

• Extra campers £12.50 per night. Maximum number of guests 30 maximum, maximum 15 tents. Strictly tents only.
